Katie is crazy. She always looks like she just woke up after sleeping for two hours from a long night out. Her hair is always knotted up, her mascara is always running, and her outfits look like they've been put together on a whim. This look can be carried by some, especially those who have a sense of "not taking things to far." But Katie always takes things to far, which is the reason why she is loathed by some and adored by few. But this time around, Crazy Katie got it right with these rubber and shearling shoes. What? Sometimes lowbrow looks good.
