Mighty High

The Show: Max Azria

The Max Azria show looked more like a Calvin Klein "knock off" spectacle. There were some really great geometric shift dresses, one-shouldered frocks, and amazingly tailored trousers. But even so, it just did not feel genuine. It was not 100 % Max Azria. With that being said, I loved the pointy toed wedges that galloped down the runway in shades of gray, beige, and black. The shoes were Azria.... very Azria. If he would have designed from the shoe up, the collection would have been solid. Max we love what you do. Don't change. Stay with it. You've been in business this long. It's all good. Just give me a pair of those shoes.

About Me

Addiction is never a good thing, but sometimes it's just what you need in order to make you happy. In my case, my shoe addiction has consumed every aspect of my life. I wonder about shoes constantly, conjure up styles that don't even exist, go crazy over anything from bougie heels to lowbrow knockoffs, drool over any stylish concoctions, and fawn over my ludicrous collection, which you will see through my weird photoshoot. (I will also showcase some heels on other peoples feet.) I am secretly an Imelda Marcos hater who does not like cheese.
